Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service where you are located. You must provide accurate age and player information. Intsinzi may refuse, suspend or close access where age, identity or account information appears false, incomplete or inconsistent.

2. Player details

You are responsible for entering the correct name, age and Lumicash number. The Lumicash number is used to connect your request and payment destination. Intsinzi is not responsible for delay or loss caused by information you entered incorrectly.

3. Requests and one-time codes

A request reference is not itself a play code. A round may only be opened with a valid, approved and unused one-time code. Codes are personal to the approved request, must not be sold or transferred and become invalid after use, cancellation, expiry or administrative action.

4. Opening a position

Before opening a position, you must review the selected amount, play code and direction. Once the server accepts the code and opens the round, the selection cannot be changed or cancelled. Closing the browser, losing connectivity or leaving the page does not automatically reverse a valid server record.

5. Results and records

The server record is the primary operational record for request status, code assignment, selected direction, completed round, claim reference and payment status. A visual animation helps display the round but does not replace the recorded result. Intsinzi may investigate technical inconsistencies, duplicate submissions or suspected manipulation before confirming a claim.

6. Payments and claims

Any amount shown before play should be reviewed by the player before committing. A claim may require a valid winning number, claim reference and matching player details. Transfers are made to the registered Lumicash number unless Intsinzi approves a documented correction. Payment timing may depend on verification, system availability and operational review.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Using false age, identity or payment information.
• Attempting to reuse, guess, generate, alter or sell codes.
• Using scripts, bots, automation or technical attacks against the platform.
• Manipulating requests, browser data, screenshots or claim references.
• Impersonating Intsinzi staff or creating a misleading copy of the website.
• Using the service for unlawful activity, fraud or money laundering.

8. Responsible play

Intsinzi is entertainment for adults. You are responsible for setting personal spending and time limits. Do not borrow money to play and do not use money needed for essential expenses. Intsinzi may restrict access or decline service where harmful or suspicious activity is identified.

9. Availability and changes

Intsinzi may update, suspend or withdraw features for maintenance, security, legal, operational or commercial reasons. Information pages, interface text, code processes and support channels may change. Material updates may be published on the website.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Intsinzi is not liable for indirect loss, missed opportunity, device failure, third-party network problems, inaccurate player information or unauthorised access caused by the player. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Complaints and contact

Questions or complaints should be sent to info@intsinzi.bi with the relevant request or claim reference. Intsinzi support operates from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Burundi time.

12. Governing rules

These terms are interpreted under applicable laws and regulatory requirements. If one provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
