Who can use Intsinzi?

Only adults aged 18 and over may use the platform. You must enter your correct age, name and Lumicash number.

Why do I need a Lumicash number?

The Lumicash number connects the player request to the intended payment destination. Enter the number carefully and check it before requesting a code.

How do I get a play code?

Select an amount, request a code through the platform and keep the generated request reference. After approval, use the request checker to reveal the one-time code.

Can I use the same code twice?

No. A secret play code is valid for one approved use only. Once accepted for a round, it cannot be reopened or transferred to another player.

What happens when the round starts?

The live market feed begins and, on mobile, the page automatically moves to the chart so you can follow the line without looking for it. The countdown continues until the recorded result is shown.

What should I do if my internet disconnects?

Do not repeatedly submit the same code. Reopen the official website and contact support with the request or code reference. The server record may show whether the round was accepted and completed.

How do I verify a win?

Enter the winning number in the verification form. Keep the claim reference and screenshot. Intsinzi support can compare them with the server record.

Can I install Intsinzi like an app?

Yes. On supported Android browsers, tap Install. On iPhone, open the browser Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen. The installed version opens in a standalone app-style window.
