1. Information we collect

Intsinzi may collect the player name, age, Lumicash number, selected amount, request reference, one-time play code, selected direction, result, claim reference, payment status and support messages. The platform may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, date, time, network information and security logs.

2. Why we use information

• To confirm adult eligibility and create a player record.
• To connect code requests to the correct player and Lumicash number.
• To issue and validate one-time codes.
• To record completed rounds and verify claims.
• To process or confirm transfers.
• To respond to support, complaints and advertising enquiries.
• To protect the platform against fraud, abuse and technical attacks.
• To improve reliability, mobile usability and service performance.

3. Legal and operational basis

Information is processed when necessary to provide the requested service, manage the player relationship, protect legitimate operational interests, meet legal obligations or respond to a player’s consent where consent is required.

4. Sharing information

Intsinzi does not sell player information to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, communications, payment operations, security or professional advice, but only when reasonably necessary. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, court order, regulatory request or to protect people and the platform from fraud or harm.

5. Advertising data

Advertisers do not receive private player account records simply because they advertise on Intsinzi. Advertisements may be displayed to the general platform audience. Any direct interaction with an advertiser is separate from the player’s Intsinzi account.

6. Retention

Operational records may be kept for as long as needed to manage requests, resolve disputes, maintain security, account for transfers and meet legal or business requirements. Records that are no longer needed may be deleted, anonymised or archived securely.

7. Security

Intsinzi uses access controls, server-side validation, restricted administrative tools and one-time codes to reduce unauthorised use. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so players must protect their device, request reference and secret code.

8. Player choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete certain personal information, or object to specific processing. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, dispute or transaction purposes. Send privacy requests to info@intsinzi.bi.

9. Children

Intsinzi is not intended for anyone under 18. A person who is under 18 must not enter player details, request a code or use the platform. If we learn that a minor’s information was submitted, we may restrict access and remove the information where appropriate.
